On Monday 18th of March we are starting sessions at Fitness4Less 21 - 22 Stephenson Street, Birmingham, West Midlands B2 4BJ. All sessions will be free of charge for the week starting 18 March 2013.

What to expect from the sessions
The sessions will involve a short discussion about the relative topic.
For example the reasons why some people find it difficult to motivate their selves to keep up with their gym attendance. Why diets on their own do not work and how you can eat healthier and lose weight. What makes you stressed and some simple relaxation exercises. At the end will finish with some relaxation. |
